On March 2013, executive training classes for management level and other basic staff were convened at the training room. The training classes were dominated by the complex management department, and company’s general manager assistant gave the lecture. The sales department, production department, quality department, purchase department, administration department and finance department and so on attended the studying.
As reported, the execution training courses, themed with personal execution and execution team, described and shared everyone’s personal experience sharing. Through organization of the three elements management system, human resource and leading ability executive classes training aroused high attention in the company, and lifted the wave of studying executive force.
