Competition of welding skill in 2013 was launched at our company

On April 24, 2013, welding skill competition, organized by Labor Union of Xiaokunshan Town, was launched in our company as scheduled. Twenty welders from 6 companies attended the competition. The participating companies are Shanghai Beibo Glass Technology Industry Co., LTD, Shanghai Lelong Mine Safety Equipment Co., LTD, Gangfeng Village of Xiaokunshan Town, Jingde Village, Dagang neighborhood committee and Shanghai Baijin Machinery Co., LTD.
The competition focused on practical skills, every participant showed their operational technical ability. The vice chairman of Town committee, Chen Guanlin and master of District Verification Center of professional technical ability attended this competition, and they made comments on every participant on the spot.
As a result of the match, Shu Hongbin and Li Chengxiang from our company won the first and second prize, Zhou Hongwei from Beibo Company gained the third prize. On May 10, the Town leader issued certificates to the prize winners, and made a conclusion to this activity. This competition checked the technology of the participants and let them see the gap between them; as an engineer, the professional skill is the most important, only by mastering the perfect professional skill can the company manufactures high quality products. In our company, quality comes first, but technology decided the quality, so our company always strives to improve the technology.
